The issues are including: * Not enough information about pricing of products and service of the restaurant * Plan on managing of potential risks was not taken into account. Risk management is very important for every business in this uncertain environment. * The financial plan was not clearly explained the fundamental of all the figure, especially in the missing of potential risk cost.

The New World delicatessen (NWD) is a sole proprietary restaurant serving healthy, nutrious, and fast food to local downtown customers in Oregon. its starting up cost was estimated of $60 000 which includes $20 000 of owner’s capital, $30 000 of guaranteed loan with personal assets and $10 000 interest-free loan from a family member. 2.1.
