Evaluating Youth House League Soccer

The program our group selected to evaluate is youth house league soccer, intended for children ages three and up. For this project, the targeted population will be male children, age’s ten to twelve. There has been evidence that soccer was invented by the Chinese military force, around the second to third century BC (Jezek, 2006). It involved kicking a leather ball into a small hole, without hand contact. House league soccer consists of approximately, two hours of soccer participation a week. One hour of practice and one hour for a game. Soccer involves the use of many motor skills such as; eye-hand-foot coordination, dribbling, passing, catching and throwing.
