Evaluating Team Performance

It is very important to evaluate a team for many reasons. A person needs to know the team’s weakness and strengths and how they function and work with others. During the evaluation you can also assess how well the team handles stress, assignments, and time frames giving to them. All these things are crucial when forming a team. After the team has been formed these things also need to be checked periodically to see where the team as well as the individuals stand in the process. Some, may get better and other may not. A good coach can work with everyone to get things improved as well as the people’s habits.
Ways you can evaluate team performance is to set a timed assignment and see how the team reacts to the deadline. Look for collaboration,
