Evaluation data will be gathered and analyzed by an audit organization not associated with the hospital. Statistical methods used to analyze data will also be conducted by an organization not associated with the hospital.
The dissemination plan will be as following:
Pamphlets for health professionals, patients and patient’s family members
Visible color posters (signs)
Information sessions
Publish finding within hospital literature. After one year of implementing the SSM, findings will be published in a scholarly health journal
