Sean, I agree with you having a strong and steady principal. I have seen too many schools that the principal wasn't strong enough and these school test scores and their ratings were low too. In order to have a successful school you need a strong and steady principal and great teachers as well.
Selene, I was thinking about this strategy as well. It is a good strategy in which I was considering to chose. I thought about it as educators, we are always improving and making adjustments. As using the same strategy over and over again, I feel that the students will have a hard time adjusting to a different school. Regardless I strongly believe as educators we are always trying to improve our ways of teaching in the best interest of the students
