Reporting party (RP) contacted CCIB on 3/21/17 regarding his daughter, Valerie Loh (DOB: 12/12/12). RP stated that on 3/20/17, his wife noticed a bruise on the child's right cheek. Both parents asked the child what happened, the child responded, "the teacher pinched me." The child is in classroom #1. On 3/21/17, RP went to the school and attempted to speak with the teacher about the incident, but since he arrived too late (9am), he was not able to speak to the teacher. RP stated that he took a photo of the child before leaving the facility. The receptionist questioned why he was taking photos of the child and RP stated because he just want to have proof so that he could show the teacher.
