This essay will identify and discuss 10 concepts; namely quality control in public health, benefit of public health service to the community , importance of epidemiology, health care program, advantage of clinical teaching methods in nursing, benefits of nursing process in family health nursing, home visiting, hospital as a health agency, health promotion and health education.

PERSONAL CONTEXT
Public health focuses on promoting wellness by encouraging healthy behaviours. It track diseases outbreaks, prevent injuries and showed light on why some of us are likely to suffer from poor health than others.

SOCIAL CONTEXT
Public health deals with spreading the word about ways to stay healthy and giving scientific based solution to problems. It saves money, improves our quality of life, helps children thrive and reduce human suffering.

CURRENT STUDIES
Studies shows that programs on public health prevent the onset and spread of diseases diminishes the livelihood of injury.

APPLICATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN PLACE OF WORK
In my place of work, patients are taught about disease conditions and methods to prevent the spread. The importance of keeping their environment clean and eating healthy food.

SIGNIFICANCE OF PUBLIC HEALTHY TO CURRENT WORLD
• Public health services identify health problems by monitoring health status.
• It informs, educate and empower people about health issues.
• Protect health and ensure safety by enforcing laws and regulations.
