I have been working at Cebollas Mexican Grill for about a year and a half and so far I have had good and bad experiences while working there. Working in a restaurant is not as easy as it looks. Having to put on a fake smile everyday and be friendly to people that are just completely rude is probably the worst experience I have had, but it is life. I have very good human relation skills with other people because I know how to handle a situation that just looks like it may get out of control.…

I have demonstrated good communication skills whilst implementing work experience at a day care centre, for children aged zero to five years old. I implemented a few group activities with the children; I was able to enhance my communication skills when communicating with the children as I used a clear soft tone when conversing with the children, to ensure that the children understood what I was explaining. This is significant as good communication skills is essential in a health and social care setting for the reason that nurses need to communicate with the patient and also with their careers when conducting treatment so that the patient and their family are aware of what the nurses are implementing. In addition, it is important that nurses communicate with other health and social care professionals in order to receive the best advice and…

A client may be battling an addiction that they are trying to stop, or they may be having self-defeating thoughts about themselves that they cannot control. It is usually a process in which someone is trying to change some part of their lifestyle. Not everyone is successful in changing their unhealthy behaviors, and this model helps social workers to determine what stage of the cycle a person may be in.
