Concerns from constituent: Email fro foster/adoptive parent of Stefan and Cian, two of Evadora Burn’s children, Sherry Perkins She expressed her extreme concern for Orson, Wyatt, and Aisla Gastelum who are currently being parented by Evadora alone.

Case Name: HICKS, EVADORA, M., AKA: EVADORA BURNS.

Case Name: 253692

OR-KIDS Findings: Two children, Wyatt, and Orson are under DHS Custody. There is Court Order, dated on 10/21/16 stating that both children will remain under their mother Evadora care. Child Aisla is under Evadora custody and living with her.

There is a Worker's note, dated on 10/26/16, saying that due to home environment concerns, the three children have been removed form Evadora' home and placed them in a foster parents.
