According to (Windows2universe) an estimated 10,000 people die each year to hurricane damage. This gives me reason to believe that staying as far away from Hurricane rita as possible. Although many people think that staying in their homes and finding a high place would be a better course of action, I say otherwise. According to Expert 21(E21) Hurricane Katrina was only a category 1, and Hurricane Rita was a Category 5. I believe evacuating would the smartest option. For starters, people want too be safe and they also want to hold on to what they love(Phones, games, and beds/other furniture) but what they don't realize is that this stuff can be replaced, and human lives can not. So evacuating may force you to leave behind toys and other accessories,
