Candidate Polizzi delivered an average brief covering pertinent information, which was in accordance with the five paragraph order. SNC established security in the assembly area, and successfully tasked out his fire teams. SNC did establish a scheme of maneuver, however lacked an initial plan prior to execution. Upon engaging the enemy, SNC lost his situational awareness, as members of his squad were moving around at port arms vice the ready or alert SNC assigned a fire team to aid the wounded, however an Evac plan was never established prior to the conclusion of the event . SNC made the decision to move casualties closer to the objective point. Thought this displayed a forward momentum toward mission accomplishment, it a lack of awareness
