Should Euthanasia Be Illegal

Have you ever read stories about victims who were affected by terminal diseases and died tragic deaths, and assume that such a case would never touch the lives of you or your loved ones? This has crossed the minds of millions of people across the globe. A considerable amount of people, reaching up to 20.1 million have been diagnosed with Cancer, and a vast deal have lost their lives after a lengthy painful journey. As a family member or friend who has to watch the victim lose their life before their eyes, many then contemplate euthanasia. Euthanasia is consensual physician assisted suicide with the use of a lethal dose of drugs given to the terminally ill patients. Even though there are many disputes among medical groups who believe euthanasia violates the fundamental right of life and patients occasionally may not be of sound mind, euthanasia should be legal for patients capable of making lucid decisions because many patients want to die on their own terms and are faced with incredibly painful and terminal diseases; however the country is preventing them to do
