Voluntary Euthanasia is when a patient desires to end his suffering. A written statement of the person 's future desires in the event that he or she should be unable to communicate his or her intentions in the future (Mishara1). A person controls their own life and Voluntary Euthanasia gives them the option to end their suffering only in the countries and states mentioned. Involuntary Euthanasia involves another person such as the doctor or a close relative to end the patient life as their choice. Passive Euthanasia is when life-sustaining treatments are withheld. It is also known as a mode of ending life in which a physician is given an option not to prescribe futile treatments for the hopelessly ill patient (what is Euthanasia 1). For example, Passive Euthanasia is in progress when medical professionals stop doing something to keep the patient alive by turning off their life support machines, or disconnecting their patients feeding tube. Active Euthanasia is different than Passive because it occurs when the medical professional deliberately causes a patient to die (Active 1). Some say Active is the best form to end a person life because is a fast process and there is only little pain
