European Involvement In The Transatlantic Slave Trade

African slavers and slaves had an involvement in the transatlantic slave trade. This lasted between 1500 to 1870 AD had three different hemispheres: Americans, Europe, and Africa. Africa slavery existed before European exposure. Slavery existed only because of African territories needing to pay off debts. Europeans in their attempt to go a shorter trade route to Asia encountered the African custom and adopted it. Europeans had their pockets filled with goods they received from West Coast Africa. They also, had human cargo because people who were caught were sold to Europeans located in Western Africa. Slaves were put to work on plantation land colony.
