I am providing a letter of reference for Eunice Johnson, to provide activities of daily living, home care, and any other required assistance John L. Johnson may need. I have known the family for more than twenty years and have a close personal relationship with both Eunice and John Johnson. She is a good care giver to her father and the only one able to care for him, at this point. He does require full time care, as he has lost the ability to walk and other functions of daily living.
