Eun Lee Case Study

Peter Lee has acknowledged that Eun Lee has refuted the allegation that she worked or provided a massage for compensation on January 5, 2017. Mr. Lee argues that Eun Lee could not have been giving a massage that day because she is currently employed by Phoenix Spa. However, the letter from Phoenix Spa states that she works 15 days a month. Therefore, more information is needed to determine which days of the month Eun Lee worked in January, since it is possible that January 5 was one of her off days. In addition, Mr. Lee also argues that Eun Lee was in his office on January 5. However, Mr. Lee’s letter states that Eun Lee was in his office at 9:30am. The incident did not occur until 12:00 pm. Since the incident took place a few hours after his appointment with Eun Lee, it is possible that Eun Lee went to work at Bamboo Massage after her appointment with Mr. Lee. …show more content…
Lee admits that Eun Lee went to visit a friend at Bamboo Spa after their meeting. However, Thomas Ray Byrne, a client of Bamboo Spa was questioned by police about the incident that occurred on January 5. The officers showed a picture of Eun Lee to Mr. Byne, and he admitted that she was the one who was supposed to give him a massage that day. Mr. Byrne also admitted that he paid her $80.00 to give him a massage. Based on all of this information, I still believe there is enough evidence to prove that Eun Lee offered to give a massage to a client for compensation on January 5,
