Primary Setting and Environments
I spend the most of my time at home and work. My daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren live in a multifamily home. We share common living areas the kitchen and family room but other than that we all have are own space. I spend sometime with my family but most of my at home time is time I spend in my area of the house. At work I am part of a team in Olathe, Kansas that I work and part of a team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In Olathe I share a workspace with one other person and with the Grand Rapids team we use tecknolege to communicate. We us email, chat, conference calls, and video conferencing.

If not obvious by what I have written thus far I would wavier between a Puppy and a Clydesdale. I have to be very careful not to think of other peoples needs and wants before my own. Living in a multifamily household it can be assumed that you are home you can take care of the grandchildren. Sometimes I will other times especially will in school I have said no and please ask me before you assume I can. Of course this has worked itself out I am asked before they ever assume. At work I think I still wavier between a Puppy and a Clydesdale. Sometimes I don’t want to fight the battle. If the battle is not worth the effort and is not something that has to be taken care of right now it is better to wait till cooler heads prevail and then work through them. To some this can look like I am giving up but I am just retreating to rethink my strategy. This is better than saying something you will regret. Someone had been off on extended leave and came back and acted like they still knew everything. This person was trying to say something was right that had changed while he was gone. I let him know that this had changed and he would not take my word and was arguing the fact. I ended the conversation and he told me that he was going to speak to our manager about this. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me by saying he would go to our manager, but I knew that was what he needed to do because he did not trust my word.
