Looking back at it now I realize I had probably made them feel attacked or insecure. That was not my intention. I just automatically rejected their lifestyle and wanted them to convert to my religion. I think I am more of a cultural relativist now. I had came to an awareness of what I may seem to others. I do not full on reject other cultures so much anymore. I sometimes will even ask them questions and to explain what they are all about. It is actually way more interesting to hear what people are about rather than being rude and
