1 If I would Ethney, I would act in a same manner as they are expecting to be, male or female. As a manager of a company, it is important to make team effort. To be a manager in new position in any company, new manager must prove him/herself nice person or manager to the employees. Former manager Alex had focused on female/male situation. Instead of doing that, focusing on the whole company in figure out how/which way the company works together. I would learn how to increase and create relationship with business person on my training time so I can deal with it after I be a manager if I know all the stuff before I get the situation. I think my approach will be successful because I am trying to be best to my employees and trying to get the company
