Hi Alfreda,

Last Tuesday (Dec 20) I completed the Shelby County’s Ethics Ordinance Training. I emailed Sarah Dunn in HR to let her know my employee ID number was invalid on the compliance form. She told me that they were having some issues and they will update the system. Today I watch the video again and I am still received the same error message. Just wanted to inform you that I have completed the training, but I am unable to print a certificate.
