“The death penalty is discriminatory and does not do anything about crime”, says Bobby Scott, an American Politician. The death penalty violates the right to life, which is considered our human rights. No one should be able to take the life of someone no matter what the situation is. But what if someone commits a crime so horrendous that you know they do not deserve to live. For an example, if someone was to kill the president of the United States, would you want them alive knowing that he/she can escape prison, or would you want them dead? For instance if a serial killer was put to death after finally getting caught, it can help people feel more safe at any time of day. It can also help the younger people to have a much brighter future and to experience what the world has offered them, instead of having that small chance of being murdered. Even though there are still states the death penalty has been abolished, the other states still figured that making the death penalty legal will make the world a better place, which is highly true. So why do I strongly agree that the death penalty should be allowed? to stay in affect for the reason being most inmates the stay in prison for 25 to life feel that there is no more reason of being alive and so which they try to eliminate those who do have a second chance and feel the need to play god and cut their life short. So as the government sees this in affect they feel a way that they should take that role over because I think they feel it gives them the right to take a life of someone who really doesn’t have a life no more after he has already taken another life. So by the judge’s decision they are executed by default because normally first degree murder, capital murder and assassination which now I still think that the Death Penalty should still be approved to the
