What is ethical about job outsourcing, I mean besides keeping big corporations happy and full of money, while white/blue collar workers struggle to make ends meets. People never actually realizes that in order to keep cost low and most companies other than biotech, engineering, and many others new found businesses, they have to outsource their product to make it cheaper for the Americans. Biotech is one of the biggest industries in California because we make and sell to every nation in the world. With many others, companies seem to outsource their job because they are taking a large amount of salary.
