When I was in high school, I use to work for RadioShack. RadioShack sold electronic gadgets and wires. I got paid an hourly salary, but also had the opportunity to make extra money on certain products I sold. Some products that offered a little commission included dish satellites and cell phones. Cell phones provided the biggest commission, $20 per phone sold. Keep in mind this was before everyone had a cell phone. The cell phones only cost a penny, but the costumer had to sign a two year agreement and could get up to five lines. That’s how the cell phone company made its money.
