Ethics are the moral principles that guide one’s behavior (Ethics [Def. 1], n.d.). Different people base their beliefs off different things. This paper will address the ethics involved in the child labor case from a Christian worldview. Management must look at how it would reflect on the company if everything they did was exposed. Supply chain managers must find the best vendors to get an item into consumers hands at a price they are willing to pay and is readily available. If this product cannot be purchased ethically another way must be figured out to have workers around the world in mind and doing the right thing. American culture is against child labor not only for how it destroys children’s lives, but also how it damages a company when the public becomes aware children are making the products they are
