Maximum of the social workers now a day is ruled by means of women both in educational and expert setting. Approximately eighty two percent (82 %) of social workers are now female. Less guys are concerned in this profession and the cause behind isn't yet scrutinized and recognized, even though it appears obvious that the society sees social work career as a career that fits best for women. (Fischl, 2013). The social work values and ethics does not discriminate any gender, it has also long eliminated the custom of feminism, humanism and philanthropic deeds, issues most of the people of the rights and wishes of girls. this career has been inclined to working with underprivileged families, by means of unmarried parents that by and large are ladies.
