In order to establish an ethical climate at Paradigm Toys I would use a reward power. There are multiple reasons why this power is the most effective at this time. For starters the buy-in and support for this program is critical and must come from every manager, supervisor, and executive. With twelve separate sections that all deal with following laws, rules, and/or regulations I can say that Amazon’s Code of Ethics is very strong in the compliance with legal mandates. Finally, let us look at facilitating the development of an ethical
