Student Answer: Arguably, one of the most slippery dimensions in organizational ethics is the definition of good (Manning and Curtis, 2011). All decisions made in business arise from an individual’s understanding of the rules, so an agreed-upon definition of what the right thing really is makes all the difference.Every member of every organization comes to the table with their own set of values (Sternberg, 2012). These values are an amalgam of principles learned during one’s upbringing combined with everything else observed in the behavior of other leaders and individuals.
