According to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) stated that there are millions of animals are killed for the clothing industry in the name of fashion in every year. Human are using animal skins and furs to make a product for their own goods. This is because apparel which produced from animals has changed from being functional to being fashionable. Therefore, the demand for fur and leather has been increasing from year to year. In order to fulfill the fashion industry, human is tried to increase the production of fur and leather through fur farming, trapping and skinning the animals. Every year, there are almost 31 million animals are killed in the fur farms because of the demand for animal apparel (Fashion with Heart, 2012). There are almost all animals that rose from fur farms are born and die on the farm.
