Introduction

Did you know that corporations are considered citizens of a state or nation? Basically they have the same rights as you do. Corporations differ from small businesses because they are concerned and responsible for the actions and behavior of employees, investors, customer and suppliers. Just like normal human they have to earn a living which is referred to as making a profile. Companies can be considered moral individual or moral agents. Employees are subject to a moral code of conduct and legal ramification should they not follow the rules. Humans are able to identify immoral and moral situations and we can respond accordingly. How do you draft and ethic program for a corporation?

Instructor led training and ELearning can be the best approach for training your employees on ethics. ELearning would be a hands-on option to train an employee on ethics. ELearning is flexible and accessible anywhere at any time and cost effective.
Subject Matter

Training should be provided on the ethical subject matter which helps employees learn how to identify and conceptualize right and wrong. Good training programs provide critical thinking strategies. Successfully trained employees should be able to determine our core values.
Training frequency

Organizational ethics and guidelines should not only be limited to hand outs or handbooks, but should be a continuing process. The process should be supported by annual and semiannual training that our website will support and innumerable examples that defined specific topic.
Audit

Ethics programs must undergo continuous improvement. There are many techniques available to ensure your ethics program is addressing current issues. A good ethics program is being modified continuously to reflect new challenges and to fine turn old issues.
Internal audits should periodically evaluate the state of their ethical climate and effectiveness of its policies, strategies, communications, and other processes in achieving the desired state.

We closely monitor our core values which are to adhere to reporting structure, be respectful, and minimize personal communications. We have a good neighbor program that ensures that all employees respect each other. We have assigned ordinary employees with the responsibility to report violation. These employees adhere to the report structure which is also one of our core values.
Monitoring communication has proven to be a sticky point. We monitor communication by not allowing employees to use personal cell phones at work. Office phones track all phone number and are review to ensure calls place are business related.
In addition to the monitoring method stated we robustly delivering these monitoring methods:
• Review ethics-related policies and processes semiannually
• Audits of specific ethics-related functions, such as the compliance function
• Perform employee survey
• Audit employee survey
• We track the percentage of employees who have taken the training program. We then compare the effectiveness to the number of violations.
• Trainer’s should be vetted to ensure they are qualified
