The first phase of the ethical approval procedure is to acquire and prepare a formal letter of intent to seek permission to the General Manager of The Backyard Inn Limited, Ms. Chenara Liversidge, in order to carry out and gather primary data through the aid of survey questionnaires for the purpose of information gathering and analysis for this research proposal. The second phase is to request for an appointment to the General Manager, for any convenient and available time favorable for the employees for the informed visit to take place for the survey questionnaire filling. The survey questionnaires will include a voluntary consent form, to be duly signed by the employees as acceptance and approval for filling-out and answering the questions
