The class has brought to my attention the need to hire the right people with the "can do" attitude, train them to be the best, and test them to see if they understood the training. Other principles I have learned in this class include the following principles. A company or individual should determine their core focus, values, and purpose. The Kansas City CARE Clinic has created a vision, mission, and a list of how they will accomplish their mission. During the Ethical Leadership Class in 2015, we were asked to name our top three values. My top three values are trustworthiness, respect, and love.
