From slavery to child labor to peer pressure, there’s always a time period where someone is forced to perform an action against their moral will, and this dreadful event occurs in novels too. Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card, may be a science fiction novel, but it doesn’t lack the unethical elements of the real world. For instance, page 35 of the novel describes an unnerving, stomach churning idea. “‘...if humankind survives, then we were good tools.’ ‘Is that all?
