The Impact of Management in the Globalization of Business

What is the impact of management in the globalization of any businesses? Due to the advancement of technology today, we are becoming more mobile which leads to becoming more global. Today, globalization is more appealing towards companies because of the low cost of moving an idea rather than moving people and products to different parts of the country. We are able to solve more problems faster than before. Globalization sounds wonderful, but management in a globalization of any business does come across many issues for instance; communication, culture differences and many more. For example, in the U.S. asking a question and receiving a straight answer is normal, but some countries it is actually rude. Other countries prefer to work alone rather in groups or they emphasize toward loyalty verse deadlines. Some of these differences can actually cause any company to close their doors.

How does management deal with ethical issues? According to Miranda Morley (2016), studies have shown more organizations are finding that ethical training helps business owners run an effective workplace, the importance of understanding what ethical issues business people face has increased.
