The use of the Internet is very enjoyable and productive for most people. There are more people using the Internet. “Since 1989, the online population worldwide has grown from 500,000 to over 700 million users worldwide” (ClickZStats, as cited in Morahan-Martin, 2004). The Internet plays a large part in public relations. Computer has been widely used in our daily life and work, such as home, companies, and government departments. Computers have greatly improved the way business operations in their respective industries. According to Alexis Writing said (2015), computers can not only to increase the speed of the operations between various departments but also have a positive impact for the company 's Organization, Self-Sufficiency, Cost-Effective, Cheaper Research and Development and Sales. Oxford dictionary(2015) defines ethics hacker as “A person who hacks into a computer network in order to test or evaluate its security, rather than with malicious or criminal intent”. Successful ethical hackers have all kinds of skills. First and most basic, they should be trusted. As Willems demonstrated in Tracey’s report (2011), when a hacker is not trusted by others, he is very difficult to become an ethical hacker, because distrust and doubt is difficult to be changed in the industry. Ethical hacker, as a person, they can access to the company 's most privacy information and will not be questioned because the special nature of the work. If this information is leaked, it will possibly have a huge impact and economic losses for company. In the assessment process, the ethical hackers often hold “the key to the company”, they must be trusted to strict control of any information about the target may be abused.
