Ethical Framework

Ethics means the type of moral and professional value systems that a person has. Often times, people think that ethics is part of a legal principle. However, from my own perspective ethics is part of something that is developed from experience. Morality, context, and the type of moral compass that people build this part of the ethical framework in which ethics is built upon. Individuals who don't have the type of challenging experiences as well as the background may not have the best type of ethics and ethical understanding. However, individuals who have had seen ethical situations and have studied what it means to make ethical decisions or more likely to make the type of ethical decision-making patterns. This is the ethical component upon which the entire medical practices is built on. It is important that people understand what is ethical responsibility, obligation, and expectation. This is a critical aspect of how individuals are able to meet their ethical obligations for the people around them, the communities, and of course the global world community. When this is a focus of people who are in positions of power, they are able to maintain a type of consistency with how ethical obligations and boundaries are maintained well into the future. Often times, people look at the world in terms of ethical expectations however, the true value of ethics is seen when there is a focus on what the world would be like without any ethical framework's.
