According to the ethical school of Rights I can be ethical by allowing others rights to be exercised. To be ethical I would grant the right to not be discriminated based on gender and size. The reason why this right is important is because everyone must have the right not to be discriminated based on their gender nor their size of their body.
I can be ethical by not discriminating my consumers based on their gender and body size. I would uphold this right by acquiesce to the demands of the media. By acquiesce to the media the economic effect of this action can help my brand become much more recognized as a brand that respects and treats it consumers equally rather than discriminating and body shaming.
Therefore, to be ethical according to the ethical school of rights I will not discriminate and body shame my consumers based on their gender and size and I will treat everyone the same.
