If fail to do so, I also would like to suggest a capable and experienced staffs to supervise my work and also provide me the guidance.
Moreover, I would like to suggest to the manager to subcontract the task to other accounting firm. I know that this steps is appropriate and will decrease the revenue of the company. It may cause the firm loss a valuable customer. However, in my point of view, it is important to take care of the reputation of the firm. This is because a good reputation firm will give confidence to the client and this also will attract new client.
I will raise the matter to the partner of the firm or relevant parties if the manager is being unsympathetic or simply fails to understand the issue.
