According to the YourDictionary, the ethical dilemma is also known as moral dilemmas, are the situations which there is a choice to be made between two options. There is no any societal or personal ethical guidelines can provide the satisfactory outcome for the person who is in the ethical dilemma situation.
Refer to the scenario given, I was in the under pressure situation due to the senior trainee has been on the leave sick. At the same time, I was asked to perform a task that beyond my ability and experiences. I was facing the ethical dilemma where I have to go on the study leave and the study leave only approved if and only if I have completed the complicated reconciliation work with unrealistic deadline and without sufficient experienced

However, before I carry out this step, I will personally discuss with the staffs and seek for their approval on accepting the task. This action will only carry out if the situation allow me to do. If fail to do so, I also would like to suggest a capable and experienced staffs to supervise my work and also provide me the guidance.
Moreover, I would like to suggest to the manager to subcontract the task to other accounting firm. I know that this steps is appropriate and will decrease the revenue of the company. It may cause the firm loss a valuable customer. However, in my point of view, it is important to take care of the reputation of the firm. This is because a good reputation firm will give confidence to the client and this also will attract new client.
I will raise the matter to the partner of the firm or relevant parties if the manager is being unsympathetic or simply fails to understand the issue. The situation will be added advantage if involving a third party who will provide an independent views or suggestions. I also will seek advice from legal advice with providing the appropriate situation and will not disclose confidential to them. However, I will not resigning from my employment because it would cause significant problems for both me and my
