Throughout my military career I realize that the military isn't has perfect as we think, but knowing how to deal with dilemmas and overcome it is important in any organization. The army tries to enforces a strong code of ethics which is a guide to help and cope with ethical dilemmas. We all at one point will deal with some sort of ethical dilemmas, but knowing how to overcome is a recurrent part of life. Many might known that ethics is very important in the military, but there's always one person that always a hard time. It's important to try and help promote awareness about dealing with these dilemmas. In reality the military always knows or find out about soldiers action no matter if it's later on sooner then what they expects. In the Army we had cases that despite the regulations of the Army values some leaders have difficulty enforcing standards which often time make it unethical decisions that leads to negative effect. What we try to do in our organization is to try and enforce strong standards and do a better job for our leaders to applied these standards to reduce these ethical dilemmas. The army have the role to promote ethics and raising awareness among the fellow colleagues will help ethics in the military. Many find it very challenging to do, but myself and fellow military personnel are responsible for reporting any unethical acts. Even though it might result in military disciplinary action. It's important for them to known that there's consequences for their action and if they are dealing with ethical dilemmas they need to be able to overcome it or seek help to their leaders. A good solider or leader is able to adhere to the code of ethics.
