A PRISON CELL UPGRADE
With the change in the living style of common man, we also observed the change in the condition of prisoners in jail. Prisoner cell these days consists of hygienic kitchen, cross ventilation chambers, large sitting area, etc.
Whether prison cell upgrade is ethical or not is totally depends upon the nature of crime the prisoner did. Based on the level of crime, prisoner should be restricted to the use of such amenities. There are celebrities like Sanjay Dutt, who lived in Jail, but live luxurious life because of his good work for the society. But if we keep Sanjay Dutt in jail as

Sundarbans South, East and West are three protected forests in Bangladesh. This region is densely covered by mangrove forests, and is the largest reserves for the Bengal Tiger.
Tigers of this area are basically affected by the environment of Sunderban.
Reasons attributing for man eating at Sundarbans:-
• Physiology of Sundarbans tigers is affected by high salinity which causes irritation resulting in human killing tiger.
• Sundarbans forests consist of dense vegan agriculture contributing the change in the taste and killing humans.
• Increased in the utilization of forest by human being resulted in higher casualties.
• Conflict between tiger and humans. Sometimes human uses drums, crackers, fire etc. to drive tiger back to the forest.

Tiger in Sundarbans stray into neighbouring villages because they are situated in the reclaimed forest land and in some places between the forest and agricultural land. People attack the animals because of their general strained relation with authority.
Considering all the facts, in my opinion limiting hunting rights of tiger in sunderban is an ethical decision as tigers of these are genetically evolved and only suits to that

Time saving is from few minutes to hours. Driving within speed limit represents an opportunity cost – the extra time required to obey the law is time that is lost that could be used for the pursuit of other activities. Motorists caught speeding are usually fined, cost that many take into consideration. Opportunity cost of time and the potential cost of a fine, generally motorists assign a value to any potential time saving gained due to speeding. If benefits of saving certain amount of time outweigh the costs of potentially getting caught and paying a fine, motorist is likely to exceed the speed limit. Some motorists exceed the speed limit because they seek the thrill of travelling at high velocities. If the motorist values thrill greater than their life, driver may decide to exceed the speed

Privatizations of prisons has been the center of criticism for the past few years, the main reason is that, prisoners are being “neglected and abused” by private firms who runs the facility. Over population in the prisons paved way to the privatization of prison systems in the United States. Say you were going the posted speed limit and there probably would have been enough time to slam on the brakes. Reckless and pointless speeding takes lives every day, and I would hate to have to feel that pain everyday of knowing I hurt someone by pure carelessness. The impact on a person in a crash at 60 mph is equivalent to falling from a four story building, while the impact at 100 mph equals falling from a twelve-story building. While you’re speeding, you have significantly less time to check your surroundings. When a driver is speeding, other drivers have a hard time telling how fast they are going.…

One key element to providing those prisoner rights is the 8th amendment. The 8th amendment states that excessive bail amounts will not be charged to the defendant, and no cruel or unusual punishment will be imposed. Though this was originally only applied to federal prisoners, the U.S. Supreme court later began applying various aspects of the bill of rights to state jurisdictions as well. As such the 8th amendment became relevant to how inmates were being treated, and the conditions they were being forced to live under. Prisons are now accountable for filthy and unsanitary prison cells, as well as any misconduct on the part of the guards.…

It has been the biggest problem faced by the prison systems; its effects can become life threating making prisons are unable to prevent proper functions. “Prison overcrowding, is the aggressive “tough on crime" approach taken by policymakers, criminal justice administrators, as well as the courts since the mid-1990s. Prison overcrowding is a very tough situation and is a huge concern throughout the United States. Stemming from the governments “war on drugs”, prisoners keep pilling up in prisons with no where to put them, thus creating a problem for the criminal justice system. Jul 27, 2016- I gave up biology in high school. For a guy like me, who possibly draws the worst diagrams and finds it difficult to memorise even the characteristics of phylum, biology was not my cup of tea. The tiger is the largest of the 37 species of cats in the world and unfortunately has recently become the most endangered of all the large wild cats. All tigers face two major threats. One is habitat destruction. This not only results in less territory for the cats to live in but also leaves the tigers' territory fragmented into separate islands making is hard for tigers to mate, which make it difficult for the species to survive. Conservation efforts are often aimed at creating sanctuaries, which are connected by safe corridors, which will allow tigers to reach each other.…
