I enjoyed reading your post to the response to question 5. I like how you made it clear to follow to each point you had. First, you started off by explaining the definition of a leasehold improvements as it is being capitalized. Then, you also included the rules for depreciation in leaseholds, which really helps to understand what the ethical dilemma can be in this situation. With that in mind, I agree with your conclusion that there would be an ethical dilemma if the person knowingly of the wrong decision makes the decision anyways. As you mention, if we are Christians, we know what the right thing to do is, morally and ethically. For, if we do not do the right thing and we know about it, we will be sinning against God.
