The people affected by this situation, is the child, Joseph, the teacher

Arlene, the children in the classroom, because it is Arlene’s job to make sure

the children are in an environment where they are physically and

emotionally safe; Arlene’s coworkers and other teachers in the building; and

also the family, the family should be informed by Arlene what type of

behavior Joseph has been exhibiting. If Arlene is still having the problem

with Joseph’s behavior and finds that her efforts to this problem are not
