If I was dealing with the ethical dilemmas in Lisa's situation the moral reasoning I would use the justice view and moral rights view. I feel the ethical decision should exhibit fairness and impartiality according to legal rules to all people that are affected by the decisions being made. Beginning a CPA, Lisa is obligated to abide by all legal rules and if she doesn’t report the findings properly she could face consequences.
