2. Two ethical decisions I learned in social practice were the least harm principle and the self-determination, autonomy, and freedom. The least harm principle is when you have an ethical dilemma and there no way out without any consequences. Therefore, the social worker need to find the solution that will have the least harm to the problem. You need to inform your clients what are the solutions and the outcomes of it. They might not be the best choices but their no way out but only those options. The client need to be aware and agrees to the solution of the ethical dilemma.
