In this ethical case; Greg a college student and a few of his friends invited Natalie to be part of a group project in their senior year. During the course of the project, Natalie have not shown any interest in the project, she has continuously showed up late or hung over, and any project assigned to her, has to be re-done and/or corrected. However, her team members never confronted her about her actions. Because, they thought that it will cause more trouble than worth. In the mean time, Natalie has just marginally participating in the group activities. After the group final presentation, the group members are asked to do a peer evaluation that will help the professor to determine their final grade. Greg had not problem evaluating other group member’s but when he has to evaluate Natalie, he is faced with a dilemma. An important question must be settle in this ethical case,
Greg’s decision to evaluate Natalie’s poor performance, and how that grade will affect her graduation.

It shouldn’t be fair that he graded Natalie with different standards than he did with the rest of the group, why the person that did not pulled her weight during the group project should be treated differently, what kind a message would that be sending to the rest of the team. Is it ok, not to do anything, slack off, and still get a good grade while the rest do the work for you? At the same time, Natalie poor performance put a lot more burden and pressure on her
