When conducting an experiment on human beings in psychology it is vital that all ethical considerations are thought of and addressed. These ethical considerations are called “The Code of Ethics” These are there to protect the rights and privacy of those who are participating in the experiment. Two major experiments that were conducted and their ethical approach are highly controversial are the: The Stanford Prison Experiment, and the, Milgram Experiment. These two experiments have come under criticism and controversy as their ethical approach may not have been very good or acceptable.
