Ethics is very important for any organization or for any kind of business. Organizations with high ethical values achieve success where as the ones with no ethical values don't go far in terms of success. There are three factors which affect ethical behavior (Lussier, R. N., & Achua, C. F. 2013 Pg. 55-57) those are as follows:
• Personality Characteristics: It depends on individual's personality to react ethically or unethically to situations. People who think about ethics positively tend to be more ethical than people who have negative attitude towards ethics.

When as a president he use to take decisions, he use to look on the overall situation and which style would be better to use to avoid or manage conflict. As a president he has taken numerous decisions affecting relationship with other nations in the world but he made sure that his people is in the best interest and that they deserve nothing less than the best.
