1. Company X ethic training program will be conducted at all new employee orientation programs. The ethic training program will last 2 hours from 8am to 10am.
2. Company X ethic training program will be conducted by the director and or management of the ethics department. Training will discuss the four codes of ethics and potential ethical dilemmas that could arise with how to respond.
3. Company X ethic training program will be delivered in presentation format and then for the dilemmas and response section employees will break into groups of 5-8 for one on one development.
4. Company X ethic training program will conclude with certification of completion and a laminated ethics card with quick references such as ethic report hot line number
