Estrella’s Autobiography

A baby was born at Mount Sinai hospital on March 25, 1999 at three o'clock in the afternoon. This brown eyed, brown hair little human was born with her eyes wide open, screaming and crying, right along side her twin sister. Fast forward 17 years and she turned into a hard working, fun loving, typical teenage girl. Say hello to Becky, wait no, wrong twin (it’s okay, they’re used to it by now). Let's try that again, meet Estrella. A timid, usually quiet, but sometimes surprisingly outgoing, teenage girl. Most people will say she’s shy… until they really get to know her that is. She takes a while to adapt, but once she feels comfortable she becomes rather talkative. She gets this trait from her mother and grandmother,

While she loves bike riding and photography, her favorite thing to do in her free time is cooking. Estrella gets her love for the kitchen from her dad. She’s always ready to cook up a new dish with whatever she can find. Spontaneous trips to the supermarket to pick up ingredients can always turn her bad days into good. Another thing she is very passionate about it school. Although like any teen she likes to have fun, she prioritizes her grades and her future immensely. Thinking into the future, she plans on immediately continuing to college and studying her true passion, psychology. Something about this subject just gives her a feeling of satisfaction and happiness. Thinking of working with people who need to be listened to, and working to study the way people think, simply fascinates her. She has always been a very studious girl. From the Principal's Honor Roll trophee she received in kindergarten, to graduating in the top ten percent of her middle school class, to now working hard, striving to finish high school. She is one to always take up a challenge, and always pushes herself to the limit. Estrella plans on working towards a Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, in efforts to one day make a huge contribution to
