I always pre-analyse the situation. I pay attention to detail and tries to find a solution to the problem. I am creative when I comes to practical problem. I try to encourage other people to participate in tasks. ESTP’s can be a good Team leader. For the career, ESTP’s always find career where problem solving skills and troubleshooting are needed. ESTP’s are impatient which is true. This is one of the weakness which I have. When it comes to workplace, ESTP’s are hardworking. As they are Extrovert, blending with others is easy for them which is a plus point.

Comparison
We were able to compare these two Personalities traits when working in same Workspace from TYPE FOCUS assessment and results are as follows:
1. Introvert-Extrovert(I-E): ESTP have someone who can listen to them as ESTP being Extrovert like to speak and ISTJ being introvert don’t speak much.
ISTJ’s enjoys ESTP’s taking responsibilities in workspace and connecting them to new friends and introverts are shy and don’t try to get socialize.
There are some negative points as well. Extrovert may feel that introverts are boring because is their quietness which can affect workspace
