Introduction
Beautician, Cosmetics pioneer and industry executive Estée Lauder, born in Queens, New York, in 1908, established a beauty company with a skin cream developed by her chemist uncle. After years of marketing products solitarily, she officially established Estée Lauder Cosmetics Inc. in 1946 that still bears her name today.

Lauder shared her journey to high status and wealth in her 1985 autobiography “Estée: A Success Story.” Confidentially held for decades, Lauder's company went public in 1995. In the course, business worth was coarsely $2 billion.

Succession:
Mrs. Lauder died in New York City on April 24, 2004. The company that she established still remains in the family. Her oldest son Leonard is the chairman emeritus of the Estée Lauder Companies; her younger son Ronald is the chairman of Clinique Laboratories, LLC, and her grandson William Lauder is the executive chairman of the Estée Lauder Companies. And CEO and President is Fabrizio Freda.

Market share:
According to a statistics, Estée Lauder Companies has 12.72 % market share in makeup, 1.95% market share in hair care, 3.98% market share in skin care and 3.98% market share in fragrances.

The Estée Lauder Companies has no as such branches, however available in high posh departmental store and makeup
